Welcome to Wawkins Academy. By accessing or enrolling in any Wawkins Academy course, you agree to the following Terms of Use.

1. Course Access

Course access is provided only to the registered learner.

Your account is personal and must not be shared with others. Sharing login details, course videos, workbooks, slides or any other teaching materials is strictly prohibited.

2. Intellectual Property

All videos, presentations, workbooks, templates, mock cases and teaching materials are the intellectual property of Wawkins Academy.

They may not be copied, recorded, reproduced, distributed, published or sold without prior written permission from Wawkins Academy.

3. Educational Purpose

Wawkins Academy provides educational resources to support doctors preparing for the RCGP Simulated Consultation Assessment (SCA) and to improve consultation and communication skills.

Participation in any course does not guarantee success in the SCA examination, employment, or any other professional assessment.

4. Medical Education Disclaimer

The content provided by Wawkins Academy is intended solely for educational and examination preparation purposes.

It does not replace:

* Current NICE Guidelines or NICE Clinical Knowledge Summaries (CKS).

* Local NHS policies, referral pathways, prescribing formularies or organisational guidance.

* Guidance issued by the General Medical Council (GMC) or other relevant regulatory bodies.

* Clinical supervision, postgraduate training or independent professional judgement.

Learners remain responsible for ensuring that their clinical practice is consistent with the most up-to-date national guidance, local policies and the requirements of their employing organisation.

Clinical guidance evolves over time. Although reasonable efforts are made to keep course content accurate and up to date, Wawkins Academy cannot guarantee that all information reflects the latest evidence or guidance at any particular time.

Learners should always exercise their own professional judgement and seek appropriate senior advice whenever clinically indicated.

5. Payments

All course fees must be paid in full before access is granted unless an agreed payment plan has been arranged.

6. Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated, course fees are non-refundable once access has been granted or a live teaching programme has commenced.

If Wawkins Academy cancels a course, learners will be offered either:

* A full refund; or

* A transfer to an alternative course date.

7. Learner Conduct

Learners are expected to behave professionally and respectfully towards instructors and fellow participants.

Wawkins Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate access without refund where a learner engages in abusive, threatening, discriminatory or disruptive behaviour.
